• Interpret control charts and process capability indices to ensure stability and meet

• Manage institutional supply chain quality through rigorous vendor evaluation and auditing
protocols.
• Calculate the Cost of Quality (COQ) to justify investment in prevention and appraisal
activities.

  • Module 1: Foundations of Quality & TQM Philosophy
    • Quality Pioneers: In-depth study of the philosophies of Deming (14 Points), Juran (The Quality Trilogy), and Ishikawa.
    • Total Quality Management (TQM): Core concepts of customer-centricity, total employee involvement, and integrated systems.
    • Continuous Improvement: Mastering the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and the Kaizen approach.
    • Quality Excellence Models: Exploring the EFQM Excellence Model and the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.
    • Strategic Quality Planning: Setting quality objectives and aligning them with the institutional mission and vision.
  • Module 2: International Standards & Regulatory Compliance
    • ISO 9001:2015: Detailed analysis of the standard’s clauses, with a focus on risk-based thinking and process approach.
    • The Audit Lifecycle: Planning, conducting, and reporting on internal and external quality audits.
    • Documentation Management: Developing Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions.
    • Non-Conformance Management: Implementing robust systems for identifying, recording, and correcting deviations.
    • Sector-Specific Standards: Overview of specialized standards such as IATF 16949 (Automotive) or AS9100 (Aerospace).
  • Module 3: Lean & Six Sigma Methodology
    • The 8 Wastes (Muda): Identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities (DOWNTIME).
    • DMAIC Framework: Step-by-step execution of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
    • Visual Management & 5S: Implementing Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain for workplace efficiency.
    • Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Analyzing current state maps to design future state process improvements.
    • Theory of Constraints: Identifying and managing bottlenecks that limit organizational throughput.
  • Module 4: Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Analytical Tools
    • The 7 Basic Quality Tools: Mastering Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, Histograms, and Scatter diagrams.
    • Control Charts: Practical application of X-bar, R, P, and C charts to monitor process variation.
    • Process Capability: Calculating and interpreting Cp and Cpk values to measure process performance.
    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Utilizing the “5 Whys” and “8D Problem Solving” techniques.
    • Measurement System Analysis (MSA): Ensuring data integrity through Gauge R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies.
  • Module 5: Strategic Quality Leadership & Economics
    • The Cost of Quality (COQ): Categorizing and measuring Prevention, Appraisal, Internal Failure, and External Failure costs.
    • Supplier Quality Management: Establishing vendor qualification criteria and quality agreements.
    • Benchmarking: Using competitive and functional benchmarking to identify performance gaps.
    • Quality in the Digital Age: Leveraging Quality 4.0, Big Data, and automated inspection technologies.
    • Leading Change: Overcoming organizational resistance and building high-performance quality teams.

Once the application is submitted, ASTI will issue an offer letter and the student ID card.

Campus Tour
Students will be invited to ASTI for a campus tour so that students can experience the different labs, classrooms, libraries, auditorium, and more.

Registration
Students should pay the registration fees to block their seats.

Enrollment
Once the registration is done, learners can enroll and start learning #from the UAE Leading Technical Training Institute, ASTI.

Offer Letter

Interview
An interview will be conducted with learners to discuss in brief the process, fee structure, and program you’re enrolling in.

Registration
After the interview, learners need to pay the fee in order to continue with the registration process. Payment details will be shared with you by our admission officers. Register a safe payment of fees using a credit or debit card, or choose any other method of payment available.

Visa Application
Once the payment is received, ASTI will send a visa application form, which learners need to fill out to proceed with visa processing.

Enrollment
A visa copy will be shared with learners, and learners can enroll and start learning from ASTI.
