At ASTI Academy, our admissions process is structured to guide students in identifying their academic goals and selecting the program that best aligns with their career ambitions. Every applicant seeking entry into any academic program is required to complete the official admissions procedures of the institution.
We accept applications year-round, with two main intakes each calendar year. Prospective students are encouraged to submit their applications early to secure a place in their preferred term of enrollment.
Applicants are required to submit a complete Admissions Portfolio (AP). The AP includes all documents needed by the Office of Admissions to assess whether the applicant meets the entry requirements for the chosen program. The list of required documents is provided in the Application for Admission.
After receiving the signed offer letter and payment confirmation, the Office of Admissions will issue the final acceptance letter along with the enrollment agreement from ASTI Academy.
Applicants must sign and return the enrollment documents to the Office of the Registrar.
Once the Admissions Portfolio is received, the Office of Admissions will assess the applicant’s eligibility. Each application is reviewed individually. If any documents or information are missing, the Admissions Office will contact the applicant and request the required items.
Once the enrollment documents are received, the student will be issued an official enrollment package. This includes the enrollment letter and the Student Identification Number.
All payments mentioned in the offer letter must be made by the specified date. Applicants must send proof of payment to the Office of Admissions at: admissions@astiacademy.ac.ae.
For any payment-related support, applicants may contact the Finance Office.
New students must register for their classes. A representative from the Office of Student Support will assist with course selection and registration.
